1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through this shop, operated by VELSORA, Wolfgang Daniele, Seengerstrasse 30, 5706 Boniswil, Switzerland. Deviating conditions of the customer do not apply unless agreed in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
The product presentation is an invitation to order. By clicking the order button you place a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.
3. Prices and payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping is free worldwide on every order; any import duties outside Switzerland and the EU are payable on delivery. Payment by card, PayPal, Klarna, TWINT and SEPA direct debit.
4. Delivery
We dispatch the same working day for orders placed before 14:00 CET and deliver within 1–2 working days in Switzerland, 2–3 in the EU and 3–6 worldwide. If an item is unavailable we inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.
5. Right of withdrawal and money-back guarantee — sealed goods
Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons (Directive 2011/83/EU); we voluntarily extend this to a 30-day money-back guarantee. Both apply to sealed cosmetic products only while the product is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact. Once the seal has been broken, withdrawal and refund are excluded for reasons of health protection and hygiene (Art. 16(e) Directive 2011/83/EU). Details: see our Money-Back Guarantee page. 6. Returns and refunds
Return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal statement, unopened and with the seal intact. We check the seal on arrival and refund using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply and are not limited by clause 5: defective or damaged goods are replaced or refunded regardless of opening. Cosmetic products carry the minimum durability stated on the packaging.
8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is the District Court of Lenzburg (Bezirksgericht Lenzburg), Canton Aargau, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
