30-day money-back guarantee — conditions
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee from the day of delivery. The following conditions apply.
1. The product must be unopened
A refund under this guarantee is only possible if the bottle is unopened, unused and the hygiene seal is intact. Once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, the guarantee lapses and a return is excluded for reasons of health protection and hygiene. This corresponds to Art. 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, under which sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed are exempt from the right of withdrawal after unsealing.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. This right also only covers sealed cosmetic products while the seal is intact (Art. 16(e) Directive 2011/83/EU). Our 30-day guarantee extends the period voluntarily; it does not restrict your statutory rights.
3. How to claim
Email shopccs@gmx.ch within 30 days of delivery with your order number. You receive a return label; the product must reach us unopened and, where possible, in its original outer packaging. We check the seal on arrival.
4. Refund
If the conditions are met, we refund the full purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
5. Defective or damaged goods
These rules do not affect your statutory warranty rights: if the product arrives damaged or is defective, we replace it or refund you regardless of whether it has been opened. Report damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
