What we process and why
Order data (name, address, email, payment reference) to fulfil the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 31 revDSG. Server logs for security, Art. 6(1)(f). Newsletter address only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a), revocable at any time.
Recipients
Payment providers, our fulfilment and shipping partners, shop and email platforms — each as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. We never sell your data. No third-country transfer without an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Order documents are kept for ten years under Swiss tax law; all other data is deleted when the purpose ends.
Cookies
Only technically necessary cookies are set by default. Analytics and marketing cookies run exclusively after consent in the cookie banner and can be withdrawn there at any time.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority (revDSG; Art. 15–21, 77 GDPR). Write to shopccs@gmx.ch.
