Returns
30 days from delivery — unopened, with the hygiene seal intact (see our Money-Back Guarantee). Email shopccs@gmx.ch with your order number and we send a prepaid return label worldwide. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of the parcel arriving.
Damaged parcels
Photograph the parcel and the bottle and send the images within 48 hours of delivery. We replace damaged goods without a return shipment — opened or not.
