What "Free Worldwide Shipping" Really Means at Velura

"Free shipping" usually means "shipping built into a price you can't see". Here's our version, spelled out:

The price on the product page is the final price — £29.90 means £29.90 at checkout, whether you're in Manchester, Zurich or Melbourne. VAT included. Tracked shipping included. Dispatch from our Swiss warehouse within 24 hours on working days.

Delivery windows: UK and EU 3–7 working days, worldwide 7–14. Every order gets a tracking number automatically.

The one honest caveat: countries outside Switzerland may charge their own import duties on arrival — that's your government's fee, not ours, and no shop can lawfully prepay it away. Most UK orders under £135 clear without charges.
