Before launch, every product goes through an 8-month cycle with practising aestheticians in Switzerland. They use it in real treatments, on real clients, across skin types — and they're paid for their time, not their praise. Their job is to find what's wrong.

What that cycle changed on the body milk alone: absorption speed (three reformulations — "clients need to dress immediately"), pump dosage (one pump = one forearm, so dosing is intuitive), and the scent level (cut by half — "it must never compete with treatment oils or perfume").

The consumer trial came after: 68 participants, 14 days, self-assessed — 91% felt less tightness after one use.
