Blush Placement: The Secret That Changes Your Whole Face

Blush placement changes your face more than the blush itself. Same product, three different faces:

Apples of the cheeks: youthful, round, friendly — the 90s default. High on the cheekbone, blended towards the temple: lifted, sculpted — what most artists do today. Across the nose bridge, lightly touching both cheeks: the sun-kissed look — works best on bare-skin days.

The secret rule: smile to find your apple, then place colour slightly above it, never below. Anything below the apple drags the face down — the single most common blush mistake.

And cream blush on hydrated skin blends itself; on dry skin nothing does. Prep first, colour second.
